Bibayas – Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bibayas, we want your shopping experience to be worry-free. Below are our updated exchange and return guidelines:

1. Standard Size Orders
We offer exchanges on standard-size abayas if there's a genuine issue, such as a sizing error on our part.

Exchanges based on personal preferences like change of mind or style dislike are not permitted.

You must notify us about your exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product, and the item must be shipped back within 5 working days.
Parcels received after this period will not be eligible for an exchange.

2. Custom Orders
Abayas made to custom measurements cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Conditions
Items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back.
Once received and inspected, the item will be exchanged and shipped out accordingly.

4. Exchange Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, exchanges are processed within 5 business days.

You may choose your preferred method and inform us via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.

5. COD Order Refusals
Customers who do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will have their account disabled.
If reshipment is requested, standard delivery fees will apply again.

6. Discounted Items
Products bought on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. What materials do you use for your abayas?
We use light weight Georgette fabric for all our abayas which is breathable, all seasons friendly, iron free and is long lasting

2. Do you have matching hijabs with your abayas?
Yes almost all our abayas come with a matching sheila/hijab.

3. Do you have any physical shop/store?
We don't have any shop but we have a home based studio setup where you can visit and experience our abayas one on one. For studio visits and location you can leave a message on WhatsApp.

4. Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes we have a separate option for people who want custom sized abayas and tailor the abaya on measurements provide by our client
